The Crocodile Hunter was a huge hit in American and Australia, and the series was seen and loved by more than five hundred million people in one hundred and thirty countries around the world. Steve was well-known as a wildlife expert, a conservationist, a zookeeper, and for his TV show. Steve had a larger-than-life personality and a fearlessness in the face of danger.
